A Wee Chin Wag with Multicultural Cinema Club Producer Duncan Finnegan on MCC’s Cool Events Cafe Flicker and Open House

Welcome To The Live Arts Scene Duncan!
With over twenty years of film industry experience, Duncan Finnegan has worked as a producer, director and film maker across a wide variety of television programming in Scotland, London, Europe and Canada.

As a filmmaker, he has mastered all aspects of the film making process, as an editor, director, actor, sound recordist and director of photography. His feature films have premiered at international festivals, notably Four Eyes and My Life as a Bus Stop, which both debuted at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.

As a graduate with an MA in Screenwriting from the Screen Academy, Napier University, and having worked as a lecturer at Caledonian University, Glasgow, Duncan uses his industry experience to train students for a career in television broadcasting.

After immigrating from Scotland, Duncan is now the producer at The Multicultural Cinema Club.
Duncan talks about Cafe Flicker which is happening this week at The Queen Street Commons on Feb 2, and also An Open House which is happening on Sunday Feb 3. With his experience, passion and canny insight into the film world, Duncan’s a great asset to the local arts scene.
