For the 100th episode, the first guests on the show were re-invited. This picture is from a WFA board meeting also showing our President Ken Hunsberger. Gord was stuck in snow at home so this picture is OK.
We talked about the issues from 3 years ago and where they were now. Played a couple “chicken” songs on Marks behalf and Gord had a couple Mose Allison tunes for his pre-recorded section of the show.

Gord Grant is “da house” today. Today is Remembrance Day. Gord brought some tunes and his stories of how WW1 affected his family. We hope that these stories are representative of how the World Wars affected many rural families.

The The Waterloo Federation of Agriculture held their AGM in the New Dundee Community Centre on Oct 16. Our guest speaker was Gary Doyle. His topic was “how the media reports on agriculture”. Other reports were from the Waterloo Junior Farmers, Waterloo Rural Women, and the Waterloo/North Dumfries Plowmens Association.
