WR Podcasts returns to the schedule on Friday mornings at 9:00am starting 30 October 2026.

Podcasts in the rotation:

Igor Grossmann runs the Wisdom & Culture Lab at the University of Waterloo in Canada. Charles Cassidy runs the Evidence-Based Wisdom project in London, UK.
  • Watershed Writers | Listening Local. Talking Global. CRSP Talk features discussions about threats to human security as well as insights into how it is enhanced and sustained. Along the way, they periodically pause to discuss the research process itself and how researchers journey from generating ideas to sharing findings.
  • Orbiting The Same Sun Until Further Notice (an astronaut on the moon sitting in a lawn chair, feet up on another lawn chair, with the earth rising in the background) Orbiting The Same Sun Until Further Notice by Oscar Espinosa is a daily logbook on surviving the void from a sitting position. It’s the audio logbook of an ordinary crew member on Spaceship Earth — daily dispatches on routines, work, and the small maintenance of a life. Deadpan, raw, slightly surreal.
