Nice to hear a woman who can speak with suthority about the agricultural field in relation to health and safefy. My suggestion would be to ask more specific questions about opportunities for women in this field. What kind of training/ education is needed for this speciality. How about programs in local high schools that promote careers in the agricultural field. Has technology had much of an impact on how a farm can produce better crops and more safely use the equipment that is necessary today.
