Hello Radio Waterloo supporters! It is time for our Annual General Meeting (AGM):
What: Radio Waterloo Annual General Meeting and Foodluck Social
When: Saturday, 17 August 2019 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Foodluck from 2:00pm
Where: The Games Room, 2nd Floor of the Boehmer Box Building (where the studio is)
Location: 283 Duke Street West, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada Map
The Board of Directors is actively seeking new directors. If you have an interest in being more involved with the station and learning more about how radio works, this is a great opportunity. Speak to any board member if you have questions.

If you’re a member in good standing but cannot attend the AGM, you can appoint another member in good standing to vote for you using a proxy form. Contact Bob Jonkman to get a proxy form.
The AGM will be followed by a Foodluck Social. Please feel free to bring a food item to share – appetizer, snack, dessert, entree, or anything else! Please label your item if it contains nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, meat, spices, &c. It’s a social! If you’re a listener, meet your favourite on-air personalities; if you’re a programmer, meet your biggest fans!
